RETURNS & CANCELLATION.
Bathroom Stuff prides itself on the supply of high quality bathroom wares at reasonable prices. We are sure you will be delighted with your product. On occasions where a product is unsuitable for the customer or you are not happy with your product once received, you are able to return goods to us or our suppliers within 7 days of receipt in the following circumstances and prior to notifying us in writing:
Any product returned to us must be standard product, undamaged, unused and in a resaleable condition (including packaging). Any goods not found to be in this condition once returned will not be credited and delivery and/or collection costs may apply. Refunds cover the cost of goods only and do not include collection of goods which can be debited from the refund amount.
Please note: Goods which are noted as 'Bespoke' (including dual fuel, electric only and gold towel warmers) will be commissioned for production by our manufacturers on your behalf and are non returnable after commencement of works.
GUARANTEES.
All products are guaranteed by our respective suppliers for periods between 1 year and 25 years depending on product supplied . Please feel free to contact us on 08450 580 540 to enquire about any guarantees relating to particular products. Should you have a product that has failed within it's guarantee period, please contact us on 08450 580 540, so we can advise our manufacturers, who will assist in assesing the nature of the fault and replace where manufacturing fault applies.
